1.0Outdoor swimming pool
− Towels were not changed just hung up and folded by cleaner Shower in room had smelly drains. Room above woke us every night because of loud footsteps after we had retired at 10pm Sheets smelt funny so did the hotel bathrobes End exits in the building smelt of mould and damp Unhelpful and uncaring night receptionist Hotel motivated by money and not PR. Even though i paid for 10 nights..we left after 4 nights couldn't sleep. Suppose to be dog friendly, but kept getting told that there were people there allergic to dogs.. No air in room even though we had sea view. Very disappointed.

9.0The caravan was right next to the swimming pool and everything around us
− Onlything I didn't like was I paid 160 pound for entertainment tickets for swimming as it was well over 30 degrees in heat and so hot in the caravan that the pool was closed on the Friday and when I went to book on Saturday they told me it was full until I told them I have paid 160 pound for swimming for my 4 kids and I haven't even used the facilities
Was comfortable and relaxing loved the balcony and sea view
