It wasn’t that bad, you just can’t assume and judge people.
3.0The property was clean
− The staff was to judgmental. There was police present during my stay and the staff was not happy about that. Staff then look at me like I did something wrong and I did nothing at all. She said I was a headache for no reason at all.
You will have better customer service at the Post Malone Canes down the street.
1.0Outside was cute
− Front desk customer service was awful. We tried to check in and were told that the entire state had a law that all hotels had a minimum age check in of 21. (This is untrue, my partner and I stayed in wendover with no issues.) Indian man at the front desk continued to lie to us and tell us that certain solutions to our issue would work and then changed his story. (Ex. Minimum age changed from 21 to 21 and six months, we would get a refund, etc.) he then became very upset with my girlfriend and proceeded to demand she leave the property, while referring to her as a man. When asked to refer to her with respect he refused and ignored her. I also never got my refund :/
