8.0Good value, friendly, clean, and the presence of some essentials in the kitchen felt like a warm welcome.
− For eating out, the town is a bit far to walk.

Adequate for one or two nights stay as a couple.
7.0It was fine for a two night stay as a couple where we could reset ourselves and catch up on washing after travelling. The facilities worked (apart from the kettle) which is all you need really. Shower was one of the most powerful I've had! The owner/contact was very amenable although we never met them.
− The premises appear to be sold and maybe the owner has moved out as it looks uncared for outside and inside just seems dated, so it may not be available in the future. Doesn't look like it's pictures now. Some of the electrics also seem dodgy. Could do with updating.

− Bed and pillows very bad. Floor dirty and hairy. No table in the room. Bathroom in the basement and you have to walk in corridor where you have entrance door with big window and no covers. Bathroom smelly and moist.
