La anfitriona muy cordial y atenta, aunque no hablaba español nos hablaba lento y podíamos entendernos bien. Ni bien llegamos nos pasó info y hasta nos llevaron a un super a comprar algunas cosas para tener para comer 😀. El hospedaje muy cómodo, limpio, con una cocina super completa a disposición. La habitacion y el baño amplios y cómodos.

− Nada. Sólo un detalle, un dia nos bañamos con agua fria porque no supimos qué pasaba con la caldera. El resto todo espectacular y sin problemas!!

La atención de Renata, sin duda una gran anfitriona. La limpieza del baño, la habitación, todo en general. Lo cerca que está del metro para poder desplazarte al centro con buenas combinaciones también de bus. Sin duda repetiremos la próxima vez que vayamos

Extremely misleading photos – Not as advertised!

To be fair, the staff I spoke to were polite and helpful when handling my complaint. However, good service cannot make up for the fact that the property's listing is completely misleading

− I booked this bed and breakfast based on its overwhelming number of positive reviews, but my experience was so vastly different that it felt like I stayed at an entirely different hotel! The room descriptions and photos on their website are extremely misleading. First, the booking layout is deceptive. When selecting the budget room option, the photos clearly show a private bathroom. It was only after checking in that I realized all three rooms on the first floor share a single bathroom—a key detail omitted during booking. Second, after raising this issue, staff moved me to an en-suite room for my second night. However, neither the budget room, the en-suite room, nor the shared bathroom that I used matched any of the images on their website. The actual quality is far below what is advertised, and I suspect the photos are from entirely different hotels. I also did not see any evidence that there was air conditioning which they claim to have and the rooms are definitely not sound proofed either! Prospective guests should be aware that what you see online is not what you get. I think their strategy relies on people assuming they just ended up with the 'bad room' of the property. The truth is that none of the rooms look like the pictures—guests just don't realise everyone is getting misled.
