Asunto oli keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Ilmainen parkkipaikka oli ihan vieressä. Hyvä yhteydenpito. Asunto oli siisti ja kaikki perusmukavuudet löytyivät. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu. Rappusilla oli mukava istuskella kesäiltana ovi auki. Olimme asunnossa pari yötä pitsiviikon aikaan, mutta oli silti todella hiljaista ja rauhallista. Huoneeseen on tuotu viilennyslaite, jonka avulla saatiin lämpötila sopivaksi. Vinkiksi että yöllä kannattaa jättää tuulikaapin väliovi raolleen ja samoin vessan ovi, niin ilma kulkee paremmin ja pysyy raikkaana ilman laitteen päällä oloa. Yöksi laitoimme omat ohuet viltit ikkunoihin lattiaharjan avulla 🙂. Nukuimme molemmissa huoneissa.

− Vessa oli lähes mahdoton käyttää. Olen 194 cm pitkä kaveri ja wc-istuimen edessä oli pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, niin ettei siihen päässyt/mahtunut istumaan, kuin poikittain. Äärimmäisen epämukavaa. Bidee oli surkea, kovalla painella tuli vain kylmää vettä.

− you can hear people talk on the street, luckily Rauma is not a crowded place at night but we heard a whole conversation of somebody on the street at 1 pm

Stuffy room and other problems

A spacious living room, a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. Location is very good. Laundry machine is a nice bonus.

− A cramped bedroom. The huge fireplace next to the bed doesn't allow you to move the bed that's against the wall, nor does it allow you to put a dresser to put things on. The room is generally small, cramped, and hot. You can't open windows in the whole house. It's stuffy and hot. There is a fan, so you can put it in the living room so that it penetrates a little into the bedroom. Why are there so many windows if you can't open them? Oh, yes, so that there's light all night because there are no blinds or curtains (except for one in the bedroom that doesn't close completely). It's lucky I had a blindfold. There's not even a single hook in the shower to hang a towel or clothes. You can hang them on the washing machine door... not really... and there is no towel for standing on after shower or to dry the totally wet floor flooded after shower. The toilet is standing in a bizzare posision. Look at pictures. It's so stuffy in the morning to eat in the room, so we opened the door to the street, and ate on the steps at the entrance to the house. There was enough hot water for only one shower. The water heater isn't big enough for two showers. Good luck to those who decide to come, crawling into the small bed pressed against the wall, and dealing with the suffocation and other problems.
