10.0Tuve una excelente experiencia en el Hotel All Seasons Bayahibe y sin duda volvería a hospedarme allí. Hicimos la reserva muy tarde en la noche, el mismo día de nuestra llegada, y la respuesta del hotel fue inmediata y muy profesional, lo que nos dio mucha tranquilidad. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Se nota el cuidado que ponen en cada detalle. A la mañana siguiente llegamos unos minutos después de que hubiera finalizado el horario del desayuno. Aun así, el personal nos atendió con una amabilidad excepcional y, en lugar de decirnos que ya había terminado el servicio, nos ofrecieron un desayuno a la carta incluido en el precio. Disfrutamos de un omelette delicioso, acompañado de un café excelente. Este tipo de atención al cliente marca la diferencia y demuestra el compromiso del hotel con la satisfacción de sus huéspedes. Recomiendo este lugar al 100 %. Si buscan un hotel con habitaciones impecables, un servicio cálido y un personal dispuesto a hacer un esfuerzo adicional por sus huéspedes, el Hotel All Seasons Bayahibe es una excelente elección.
