1.0− The check in time for some other hotels are flexible, which means when the room is ready we can move in ,but this shitty hotel they purposely made us wait until 3PM and the reason the said the workers are cleaning the room, and finally when we got into room B17 2nd floor, they gave us the most shittiest hotel, the moment we open the hotel room, there are plenty of lizards running here and there, and they said there is a balcony but the balcony room door was full or fungus and mushroom, the room was smelly, I booked through booking.com, I will post all the room photos there, none of the room have tv working properly, after a long fight they gave us an alternative room A12 or A2 not sure on the 1st floor, the room still have lizard and the bedsheets have stain and was not clean. Really disappointed with their service and rooms condition, Anyone who is planning to stay here PLS DONT STAY HERE, WASTE OF MONEY.
