2.0Service was terrible. The host was rude. They gave our room away. Try to send us to another hotel, which was worse. It was just the worst experience of my life. I will never recommend no one go to dream hotel in the Bronx.

2.0Stayed for several nights. It’s in busy neighborhood. The closest parking was a block away. The floors were sticky, like an old movie theater and one night the fire alarm went off repeatedly. They also had some questionable clientele. Leaving one morning, as I was reaching for the door knob, it started wiggling. When I opened the door, there was a young man with a stupid grin on his face as if to sat “Aw, you caught me!” He then backed away and went into a room down the hall. We didn’t feel safe there, but the guys at the desk were nice.
