10.0Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos enfants. L'emplacement est idéal. La maison est bien équipée, il y a même des jouets pour les enfants! Nous avons réservé en urgence à cause d'un problème sur notre logement et l'hôte a été très réactive et particulièrement disponible. Je recommande vivement !

8.0Très belle vue, quartier tranquille. Les hôtes nous ont toujours répondu rapidement, étaient agréables et à l'écoute. L'appartement est spacieux, et il y a la clim dans les chambres.

− They were responsive, although I understand that the hosts were off the island, on a different time zone. However, I kept receiving messages that I would receive the access code upon arrival - even though I had communicated our arrival time, I didn't receive the code (same issue upon departure). I requested it via message and received it an hour later. It would have been interesting to stand with our luggage in front of the house. I understand the time zone difference, but I believe we should take some responsibilities in these cases. Also, don't expect to find spare sheets at the location, for example. I requested some upon arrival because if you wash the ones in use, you're left without any. :) Dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, and at least coffee capsules for the first day - were all missing. For two weeks. In contrast, I received a message before departure asking us to clean up, and the cleaning products (2) are under the sink. Given the price paid for two weeks, we expected at least some maintenance products to be available -- even just for the first night (we arrived at night) and even at an additional cost, considering that everything is closed after 7-8PM.
