− Passaggio dalla stanza dove si dorme a cucina era attraverso un corridoio della scala che d'inverno è risultato molto freddo e scomodo.

− Poca insonorizzazione delle stanze., se i vicini sono maleducati si sente tutto. Materassi leggermente infossati.
