8.0櫃枱人員皆很親切！
− 衞浴小，馬桶及地面無法保持乾燥。
如果冷氣及用水馬達設備改善的話是不錯的選擇
6.0四人房間寬敞
− 冷氣不冷還要開電扇，重點是開了還不涼睡到流汗 洗澡或用水都會有非常大聲的馬達聲音，半夜上廁所睡覺的人會被吵醒

有可食用的冰塊機及飲水機，還有一次50元的洗乾衣機，可以跟櫃台拿免費的洗衣球
8.0步行可以到達： 國華街 神農街 四季溫體牛肉鍋 青山茶行 宣福居 騎車左右10分鐘夜市 花園 大東 武聖 新永華 --------------- 平日住宿連續到週末，價格很優惠還會遇到升等房間 樓下有銀行可以提錢，雖然說在大樓裡的住宿，但是乾淨安全，出入人口不複雜，機車停車很好找位子。
− 因為排水系統環保的，所以一旦用水都會很大的聲音在房間裡，但是要自行評估，我覺得是可以接受的範圍。 床單有點癢。
