3.0− The room was not a private room, we heard the owners dog on a few occasions.
Good space the could easily be improved to make it a very comfortable stay.
5.0I'm finding it very difficult to rate this property. Owner has made a good effort but it just falls short in a lot of areas. Very spacious and good location for us as close to family. Owner amenable to request for things like coathangers, etc.
− Needs a good clean and repairs to lots of minor faults. Exhaust fan in bathroom, carpets and some other surfaces need a good vacuum/clean. Very cluttered surfaces in bathroom and bedside tables, leaving little space for personal items. Needs to invest in a good set of sheets and doona for the bed and a new mattress as it is a bit saggy. Sheets were washed but seemed stained and were loose fitting on bed. Air conditioner had recently been installed for the space however no instruction on how to use and we could not get it to work. Kettle and Toaster supplied however no knives or forks - hard to spread the Vegemite on the toast. Small, cluttered and low height stand for kettle, toaster, etc and no facility for washing up except for rinsing mugs/plates in bathroom sink. It felt like the owner was new to letting out her property and will improve over time.
