− the hot water. in the shower it would go from burning your skin to ice cold, without even touching the temperature knob.

9.0bed was very comfy, kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were clean, nice tv, garden was private
− Sofa was hard, not very comfy, shower door wasn't made for plus size people
was good.

− The so called courtyard garden area was just a concrete backyard with weeds.

Good location but distinctly underwhelming condition in the property.
3.0− The property was not very clean anywhere, visible dirt in the kitchen, bathroom and on the floors. Extensive mould spores on the living room wall, definitely not as described.
