8.0Las instalaciones del apartamento y el apartamento en sí, la ubicación.
− Para lo nuevo que estaba le faltan detalles importantes como que no tiene cafetera, microondas, cortinas que aislarán el agua en las duchas, buenas almohadas en las camas en lugar de cojines, TV. Está muy bien el apartamento, muy nuevo y muy bien decorado pero estos detalles bajan su puntuación.
