− Pobyt nie został zrealizowany, Goście nie zdołali wejść do mieszkania ponieważ obiekt nie wysłał do nich instrukcji z kodem do klucza na wskazane podczas rezerwacji dane kontaktowe. Brak kontaktu z obsługą obiektu pod wskazanym w ofercie numerem telefonu. Obiekt nie odpowiada na wiadomości-bezczelnie je ignoruje. Nasi pracownicy w środku nocy byli zmuszeni szukać noclegu na własną rękę. Jak dotąd obiekt nie zwrócił pieniędzy za niezrealizowany pobyt.
