Nice facilities but unprofessional staff.
6.0Hotel facilities were nice, nothing to complain about.
− During our stay we never saw anyone from the staff except one man who was clearly not responsible for anything. When we arrived no one opened the gate so we had to stay outside and wait which is not what you should do in Guayaquil. After some time our taxi driver managed to open the gate somehow. We knocked the door and still no one would open, only after a few minutes of knocking. The man that opened the door and clearly didn’t know about our arrival that day. He didn’t communicate anything, when we asked to pay by card he kept texting on his phone and when I asked him again minutes later what we are waiting for he said only cash. It was no language barrier as I am fluent in spanish.
