A good place to stay for few days vacation!

Very good location, if you plan to visit Velden, Maria Wörth, Klagenfurt & The Pyramidenkogel, then you should stay here. The apartment is not far away from all these beautiful places. And the apartment is located directly beside the main road, you can reach it easily. Free private parking beside the apartment. Both Check-in and check-out are very easy. Late check-out until 12pm is possible but we left around 10.30am. The apartment is not big but new, clean, beautiful and comfortable. It is anyway enough space for 2 people. Good kitcthen with everything we need for preparing simple breakfast and simple dinner. Friendly owner who prepared a bottle of water, a bottle of wine and a pack of potato chips for us. Thank you very much! Big and comfortable beds for 2 people. Simple sitting set on the terrace where we could sit and relax in the afternoon. Although the apartment is located direactly beside the main road, but it was not noisy in the night and we clould sleep well with open windows. Good price compare to other accommodation in the same area.

− There is a coffee machine BUT without any coffee capsule. My hubby called the owner but he said he could not help us, he asked my hubby to buy the capsule from supermarket or go to a Cafe' in the town for a cup of coffee on his name, he will settle the bil later. We were there on vacation, we didn't have time for shopping and we didn't see any supermarket around the apartment until 2 days later. There is a Cafe' nearby but always closed over the day and only opened in the evening. That means NO coffee at all for us during our 3 days stay in this apartment. This is very disappointed and not what we expected! The owner should double check the apartment and make sure everything is ok before the guest checking in. Very small bathroom with small stall shower and supermini wash basin, very difficult to wash face and brush teeth in the morning. There is also NO window inside the bathroom. There is very simple sitting set on the terrace, direct face to the main road, many cars, bicycles and people with dogs passed by when we sat on the terrace. And the problem is we could only sit on the terrace when the weather is good as there is only small beach umbrella. It is impossible to stay on the terrace when rain, so we only stayed once ( around an hour ) on the terrace during our 3 days stay. The apartment has no good window, we had to always open the main door for air circulation. Small living room with very small dining table.

Ubytovateľ je milý pán.

− Ubytovanie nemá miestnosť na uloženie bicyklov, Môžu byt vonku na stojane. My sme ich mali na apartmáne. Dalo sa to lebo bol na prizemi. Na ubytovani bola nefunkčná vifina.a televízor, nie je tam umývačka riadu, postel je úzka. Apartman ma východ priamo na ulicu na chodník a rušnu cestu. Vetrať sa dá len cez otvorené dvere. Ale bol oproti ostatným ponúkam lacnejší. Kto chce lepšie podmienky musi si poriadne priplatiť

距离湖区很近，步行可到达，停车方便，车位很多。有咖啡胶囊机可以免费使用，房东还准备了零食、水和啤酒，很贴心。城市税需要付现金，请提前准备好零钱。期待下次的见面。

Das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man ist schnell beim Strandbad, Billa oder beim Pyramidenkogel. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz für 2 Personen.
