Planning our next trip back now…very unique staying experience.
10.0The place is just really cool…GREAT vibe! LOTS of deck space on second level much of it covered. The amount of foliage around the property makes it feel secluded… very private, plus lot next to main deck is vacant. AC is remarkable. Location is perfect. Price point even better!
− Lose step on stairs and coffee pot didn’t seem to work. Let management know. Went back a few weeks later…step was fixed, coffee pot was new. Paul is known in the community and takes great care of the property and the guests!
Love it

10.0Loved the location ,walking distance to beach . The home was cute and felt cozy. Had everything we needed for our little mini vacation.

8.0Close to the beach
− The cleaning appeared to be satisfactory, but the excess furniture causes dust to accumulate everywhere, along with small bits of debris that can only be noticed during a deep cleaning. In addition, there was abundant overgrown vegetation and untrimmed trees, which made access difficult. I also forgot to mention that there was a leak in the kitchen, directly in front of the trash can. Additionally, the tap water was yellow in color, smelled stagnant, and had an unusual taste, which prevented us from brushing our teeth with it. Perhaps this is normal for the area.
Pink Stairs of Death
5.0Management is friendly and has good response time. We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated beach cottageThe beautiful decor, comfortable bed and couch, dimmable lights and ample natural lighting make for a nice, relaxing vibe and i absolutely loved the abundance of outdoor spaces,
− The pink stairs of death were terrifying the first dozen trips up and down..."just hold on to the house, youll be fine" became my mantra. ( the one sturdy handrail is covered in a gotgeous vine I did not want to disturb). There were a few concerns including pointy end of nails sticking out of boards, the springboard under the black mat when exiting the screened in porch almost took me out once or twice. The listing stating the boo,ing was for theventire place and then receiving check-in info the day of check-in stating the screened-in porch area actually was not included. I picked this property out of others because of the screened in area. Also, the cleaning service does not do a thorough job. The kitchen had to be cleaned prior to preparing food and dishes needed to be re-washed prior to use-- we took photos, and the outdoor spaces were littered with debris (dead plant matter, screws and rusty nails).
