10.0Great location and the host was amazing. Extremely reliable communication and solved any issue (of which there were very few) quickly. Amazing gem just minutes away from Shinjuku.

Comfortable, quiet and close to the action
9.0Really spacious (for Tokyo!), clean and comfortable, esp the big bed. 2 balconies, bathtub and kitchen utensils. Just a few minutes walk from the action but really quiet and peaceful. Loved our stay here! Would definitely stay again.
