− Towels were not provided, which was inconvenient. Also, the heck-in information was shared only a couple of hours before our arrival, which caused some last-minute stress.

This is the only booking that given me trouble during check in throughout my stay in Iceland.

− The check in information was given late after I called Property owner with the help of a neighbor block resident. It should be given at least a day before via mail or notification in booking.com This caused me trouble on the day of check in on 19th October. The address shown is not at Block 1A but Block 1B instead. Body shampoo is not top up. We found that it was empty bottle provided.
