6.0Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Trotz der belebten Straße ist es sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
− Für die zweite Klimaanlage fehlte die Fernbedienung sodass man für beide Klimaanlagen der Schlafzimmer sich die Fernbedienung teilen musste. Das Appartement hat bereits viele Gebrauchsspuren und es dürfte so einiges ausgetauscht werden z..b der Teppich im Schlafzimmer. Es gibt auch eine hohe Abnutzung im Bad. Was nicht akzeptabel war, war der Dreck auf dem Badezimmerboden. Daher auch die schlechte Bewertung. Das Muster auf den Fliesen war reiner Dreck und nicht das Farbmuster der Fliesen. Man konnte den Dreck regelrecht abkratzen das war wirklich ekelig..

10.0We highly recommend this apartment. The location is excellent, just a 1–2 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. It was very easy to find, and all the check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. The bed linen and towels were clean, and everything was perfect. We had a great stay!
