− Steyn guest Lodge is NOT a b&b. It is a scruffy council house with scrap cars outside and a family living there, the guy is a scammer who said the room was double booked and there is no way we would of stayed there anyway as it would not of been a safe environment. This property needs taking off Booking.com immediately, the description & photos displayed are not from that property.

− The property accepted my booking and took payment. On arrival I was told there was no rooms available. No one at the property could speak English. I managed to understand i had to cancel booking myself which incurred a 50% fee!! I was told by someone over the phone the same thing happened the day before with another customer. I am currently fighting to receive 100% payment back. Im glad I couldn't stay to be fair, the drive was covered in broken and stripped down cars and car parts. From what I saw inside the property it was dark, dirty and not very welcoming.

1.0− The advertisement was a scam, the landlord accepted my booking, accepted my check in time request and when I arrived at the property it was already leased to permanent residents whom I was the third person to bother with scam bookings that weekend.
