10.0Mi è piaciuta la tranquillità e la bellezza del posto oltre al fatto che l'alloggio è pulito e ha tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno.

4.0STRUTTURA DOTATA DI OGNI CONFORT, STANZA GRANDE, ARMADIO GRANDE
− Porta di accesso alla stanza non funzionante, quindi restava sempre aperta, porta del bagno uguale, stanza cupa con poca luminosità e luci non funzionanti, doccia che si allagava già dal primo giorno senza buttarci dentro nulla, scarico del bagno poco funzionate.

− Il problema è la manutenzione che non c'è. Mi sono caduti addosso dei pezzi di intonaco dal soffitto, sono arrivata e c'erano peli sul letto, il pavimento sporco e un cotton fioc per terra

7.0Appartamento molto bello con vista panoramica sulle montagne.
Un residence con potenziale ma qualche pecca
6.0Posizione isolata, teoricamente silenziosa (se si è fortunati con i vicini di stanza), facilmente raggiungibile anche se dietro un semaforo di 7 minuti a Millaures. Disponibile un kit di pulizia stoviglie e una lavastoviglie (che non abbiamo usato). Bagno confortevole.
− La strada che porta al residence è molto rovinata. Il divano letto matrimoniale è scomodo (si sprofonda), mentre il letto sul soppalco è impossibile da usare se si soffre di claustrofobia (anche blanda). La dotazione di stoviglie non è per tutte le esigenze: ad esempio sono a disposizione tazze molto piccole, e una teiera grande come una tazza, quindi per colazione dovevo fare due giri. Difficile usare internet per pianificarsi la vacanza perché la ricezione di alcuni operatori telefonici (Vodafone) è zero, e il wifi non è stabile, anche per il fatto che sono attive le reti a 5 e 2.4 Ghz sullo stesso SSID (la prima con scarsissima ricezione e nonostante ciò i dispositivi tendono a privilegiarla, venendo regolarmente disconnessi; consiglio al residence di separare le due reti o disabilitare quella a 5 Ghz).
