− Upon arrival, there was no water available. On top of that, we were charged an extra €50 for checking in after 9 PM, even though our flight was delayed and we only arrived at 9:15 PM. There was also no microwave, which is something we had expected. We have been coming to Bisceglie for 20 years, but the hospitality at this hotel was very disappointing. Even leaving our luggage after check-out was not possible, so we had to ask the friendly neighbors instead.

2.0L’unico punto a favore della struttura è la posizione e la vista.
− Viaggio in tutto il mondo ma non ho mai visto una qualità così tanto pessima sull’accoglienza, la disponibilità, la pulizia e il rispetto nei confronti dell’ospite. Il check in non è stato fatto alle ore 15, come previsto, ma bensì alle ore 23 della sera. La stanza ci è consegnata non pulita e completamente sporca dagli ospiti precedenti. Non è stato assolutamente possibile mettersi in contatto con la struttura perché non rispondevano al numero di cellulare messo a disposizione dalla struttura. Sono rimasto sbalordito e impotente dinanzi questa situazione, ma assolutamente stupito dal modo e dal tono di voce che l’agenzia ha utilizzato. Allego foto

9.0Piękny widok z tarasu na port i morze, blisko do centrum i wielu restauracji, deptak którym można przejść się wzdłuż wybrzeża. Obawialiśmy się hałasu z pobliskich restauracji ale drzwi świetnie wygłuszały dźwięki z zewnątrz.
− Brak ręczników papierowych i worków na śmieci. Niewyregulowane drzwi do łazienki, które zaczepiały o podłogę - co po czasie było uciążliwe. Skrzypiące łóżka. Brak instrukcji gdzie wynosić śmieci na zewnątrz.
Super, super, serdecznie polecamy również dla rodzin z dziećmi.
10.0Widok z dużego tarasu naprawdę fantastyczny! Lokalizacja super, w centralnej części zabytkowego portu ale jednak nieco na uboczu więc szum z restauracji nie był uciążliwy. Wyposażenie i udogodnienia bez zarzutu , mieszkanie chyba niedawno było remontowane i nie jest wyeksploatowane przez turystów.
− Jedyna drobna uwaga, przy dłuższych pobytach można lepiej rozwiązać temat przechowywania śmieci.
