The location is in a small town. Which is probably the only good thing about the stay (unfortunately)

− This room is right next to the road, and it gets pretty loud. There aren’t any actual firm windows for the unit. So noise from outside travels into the room. Walls are thin inside the place. So you hear the people in the other rooms. There’s a rule to not use the shower and microwave after 9pm, cause of the thin walls & that the rooms behind those walls will hear you. There was a foul smell in the bathroom unfortunately. Which came from the drain mostly. Overall it wasn’t the best and really uncomfortable. So had to make do.

🙁 Nothing..no communication..no access to the property. We didn't even stay. We went during incredibly bad weather, and they did not clear the entrance to the property, to which my friend traveled with me had difficulty getting around and couldn't even access the property. No parking. We were told on arrival..street parking..which there was none due to the snow. We had to leave and find another hotel in a blizzard.

− Also, to take it a step worse.. was told if we didn't find it acceptable on arrival.. we would get a full refund..absolute lie!! Were told, too bad.. couldn't do anything about weather..but couldn't even get in. A tenant came out advising what the owner said..owner never called. Only sent tenant out and then called said they were not the owner and would give me a number to reach them..hung up on me. Nightmare..absolute nightmare. Didn't care about anything to communicate.. just a scam.. if a deal is too good to be true, it is. We drove hours to get there..no room and no answers and left to find another hotel in a blizzard. I have booked with Booking.com..a few times actually..not after this

OK on a budget only if you need a place to lay your head.

It was very affordable. It had a washer and dryer, nice new fridge. Upgraded large bathroom. They did obviously try to fix the place up. If you are just sleeping, it's fine. If you need a place to chill in while on vacation, this is not it. It was clean-ish, but not top notch. Great location.

− Extremely basic accommodation. Beds are mattress and boxspring on the floor. If you are older, you may have a hard time getting up from the bed. Very old house, thin walls. Got a text stating not to make noise (shower) before 7 and after 9. Could hear others music and conversations. Porch felt unstable as it is very old. Sheet on the mattress had holes and pillows are very thin.. Towels are tissue thin, no face cloths. Ran out of toilet paper and looked everywhere but there was no extra. We did find someone's pajamas in a cupboard and half a box of macaroni left in the kitchen. Thankfully we had a kleenex box. Would I stay again? Probably not but it was adequate in terms of shelter.

− Not clean, dead insects etc on the floor, door to another bedroom in the compartment...

It was great will definitely come back in the future
