8.0Giá rẻ so với vị trí, cô chủ thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Phòng có quạt rất tốt đối với những người sợ lạnh như mình.
− Thiếu tiện nghi như máy sấy tóc (là thứ quan trọng). Phòng có gián, nhà tắm khá nhỏ. Khăn tắm trông có vẻ không được sạch lắm.

− Nhà tắm cũ kĩ, móc treo đồ rỉ sét, nhà tắm bị dột. Cách âm quá kém ồn không ngủ được. Tivi không có mạng. Đầu giường bụi nhiều tóc ở dưới.
