10.0Прекрасное расположение. Тип: постель и завтрак - отлично организованно всё. Утром можно попить кофе с разными круасанами. Номера очень комфортные, кондиционер работает отменно.Однозначно рекомендую. В следующий приезд только сюда!

7.0we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated their service.
− there were a few things that were a little disappointing. During our three-night stay, our bed was made only once, and the towels and bins were not refreshed at all. This was especially noticeable given the 35°C heat, when having fresh towels and the room properly serviced would have made a big difference. the location was quite convenient for visiting the Colosseum, which was about a 16-minute walk away. for most of the other major attractions, we found it necessary to use public transportation, so having a transport pass is definitely recommended to avoid spending too much time getting around. a bed also creaked quite a bit, and there was some outside noise, which made the room feel slightly less comfortable at times.

9.0Very spacious and clean room. Had everything we needed. You also have access to a shared kitchen/living room if you want. The owner is very friendly and easy to reach in case of a problem. We had a slight issue with the AC, mentioned it and it got fixed the same day. Bus stops nearby, only a short walk, with lines going in every direction.
− Not a bad thing really, but if you would like to walk, be aware that there's quite a long uphill towards the city centre (direction Colosseum).
Perfect for couples and solo travelers at the end of a long day
9.0Spacious modern room with very comfortable bed and super clean. The bottles of water in the mini fridge were appreciated! There is also a kitchen where you can store things in the fridge and have access to dishes/cutlery and some snacks. You will find a large supermercato about 9 min walk away. I would recommend it for couples or solo travelers seeking a quiet place to rest at the end of the day... at the end of a residential street.
− Although it is close to the basilica St John in Laterano (bishop of Rome's church), all other popular Rome attractions are at least 30 min away. However, the 714 bus leads you straight to Termini and you have 2 subway lines within 10 min walk.

− L'eau chaude prenait beaucoup de temps à arriver et même au maximum l'eau était juste tiède. Manque un petit kit d'hygiène dans la salle de bain il y avait juste des dosettes de shampoing et un mini savon pas de gel douche.
