2.0Big communication issue, in that the person accepting the booking does not provide the keys. The communal kitchen is badly lacking in basic crockery and cleaning materials. The owner needs to invest in proper facilities for guests to share. If guests have a communal kitchen , it's not respectful to not provide basic cleaning materials and plates or glasses to use
