10.0I had a wonderful stay at KUMA Hotel. I had visited the restaurant before, and this time I chose to stay at the hotel as well. Everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is excellent—the food, presentation, service, and attention to detail were all outstanding. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back!
− Cons: Honestly, the only downside is that both the hotel and beautiful Gyumri make you want to come back again and again. 😊
