Lovely apartment close to the action with great kitchen, terrace, bedroom and bathroom.

The location was 1/2 block from the town square. Easy access to the two grocery stores and a few eateries. You could view the square directly from the bedroom window. Apartment was one flight up, easy. Alexandra, the owner, was very helpful throughout the stay, always going above and beyond. She helped us get tickets to a town event. You could get plain or sparkling Spring water from a dispensary in the parking lot, which bottles were provided. (.05-.010 per fill) Bedroom and bathroom were huge. Terrace was huge with a rooster and chickens in the neighboring yard. There was a nice older gentleman who would occasionally sit on a nearby terrace and we had a few broken Italian conversations with him, completely charming. Theres a distant view of the hills and lots of backyards before that. Living room was not practical, just a narrow hallway with a settee. We used our bedroom, kitchen and terrace to watch TV on our laptops. Wifi was good. Kitchen was very well equipped, we cooked several meals. Our main complaint was outside noise at night. Our biggest asset was the size of the place, the proximity to the action and the incredibly nice owner who would do anything for you. She sent a list of recommended restaurants and sites to visit, which we used often. The town is wonderful, full of public art and nice streets to wander through. Most shop owners were very pleasant, especially Cri Cri and the Bar Central run by women. Shopping is limited but there's lots of nearby towns to explore so this wasn't a problem.

− The location was next to a busy restaurant with an open patio for dining and was noisy most nights. It seemed like a hangout for locals and they were loud. Had to shut bedroom window and use AC to drown out the noise. AC worked great. Some teens liked to hangout by the entrance and they were noisy with motorbikes coming and going on some nights. They were completely safe, just loud talkers and the noise from motorbikes.

La casa molt confortable i néta i molt ben cuidada i decorada... L'amfitriona l'Alessadra sempre ha estat al cas de tot... El poble Lajatico es molt bonic i amb molt bon ambient..

Central location in the village, close to bar, convenience store and restaurants. Spacious, renovated apartment and well appointed. Very well positioned for day trips about Tuscany. Secure, air conditioned, large balcony and free car parking is about 100m from apartment. The host provided plenty of information about the area. We will return.

Très bon accueil ,avec même quelques cadeaux et beaucoup de conseils sur la région, les lieux à visiter. La location est splendide, on se croirait dans un château. Tout est bien décoré, c 'est très reposant. Les literies sont très bonnes.Le patio est superbe. C' est une très bonne adresse et la gentillesse de la proprietaire est vraiment agréable. Si on peut on reviendra avec plaisir ,merci encore et félicitations pour tout le travail qui a eté fait dans cette maison.
