8.0地點離小樽精華逛街區很近，設備齊全，空間很大。
− 一樓僅日式房，其它3間房間在二樓，老人家無法爬樓梯、日式房睡地板起身不方便。浴室無放置乾衣服的位置。
Great location!
9.0The house seemed small but really large/effective use of space. The rooms are all one 2nd floor with a narrow stairway. There is washer/dryer - one of the better ones i have used in Hokkaido. The living room was really big to accommodate 7 of us. The amenities given were sufficient! Very clean and with a full kitchen! The location was the best, walkable distance to the famous street, a small uniqlo and a onsen place.
− There is a CCTV at the stairway/front door which I dont usually see for a apartment hotel. The car pouch were really small for a villefire. Locks were a little faulty- it is automatic but also comes with a key.
