10.0Tutto perfetto. Posizione ottima nel centro storico di Brunico, appartamento moderno e ben arredato a cui non mancava proprio nulla. Un ascensore porta direttamente al suo interno. E poi a tutto questo bisogna aggiungere la gentilezza e la disponibilità della titolare. Ottima esperienza.

9.0L'appartamento è molto bello, completamente ristrutturato, in una posizione centrale a Brunico. La pulizia è molto accurata e la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.
− Il fatto di essere in centro dà molte agevolazioni per i servizi: supermercati, negozi, bar e ristoranti, ma nel contempo implica maggior rischio di disturbo da rumore e un pochino più di complicazioni per il parcheggio
