9.0Very well equipped property, thoughtful extras for the stay. Beds were comfortable and property was very clean. Set back from the main eating locations and sites but an easy 10 min walk.
We will be back it’s a quiet area

10.0Very close to the city centre and actually not very far from anything we wanted to do whilst we were visiting Christchurch. Not far from the One NZ Stadium either. Very clean and tidy, felt very homely.
