− There was no cutlery/plates for use when using the microwave! Had to go to reception and ask for it!

− Lack of cutlery 1 tea spoon .. so heating a meal for 2 meant we ate in relay avtoaster but no knife or plate.

− The bed way to hard for me, couldnt sleep, the bed and furnushings needs upgrading
