6.0Good parking, clean unit, patio. Overall good value for single traveler
− Needs soundproofing. Could hear all neighbors, upstairs tenants, people in common areas. Should be described as multiple unit dwelling for clarity. Many rentals on same floor sharing common hallway and spaces. Upstairs tenant (possibly host) was up at 5:30 and the squeaky floor/ceiling made sleeping any further not possible. Overall a decent place for what is available during tourist season. Clean unit was well kept and prepared properly, worked fine in a last minute situation for me.

6.0− This property is more of a hostel and is overpriced based on this. This is a home with 2 levels of rooms rented to various people. The walls are thin and noise travels easily, in our room there were many things broken including the bed frame.
