Appartamento pulito, comprensivo di tutti i servizi. Consiglio alla proprietaria di aggiungere alla posateria della cucina un coltello da pane.

− Essendo la casa all' ultimo piano, il sottotetto è molto caldo a fine giornata.,indispensabile installare condizionatori anche nelle camere.La notte c è molta umidità. Se

− Poco curata, formiche ovunque non ci sono zanzariere ,la doccia è un buco soffitto basso se sei più alta di 1.50 non ci stai ti devi abbassare. Pochi asciugamani e niente cambio lenzuola. Divano sfondato e sporco . Nel terrazzo c’era una puzza di fogna allucinante per via di un scarico aperto.. mobili tutti diversi senza uno stile . Nella credenza c’erano pacchetti di pasta iniziata..condizionatore con uno split solo .. con le finestre chiuse non si sta dal caldo.. ma senza zanzariere non si poteva tenere aperto. Per via di insetti e scarafaggi. Non è stato un bel soggiorno. Prezzo troppo alto per un appartamento così poco curato.
