− Where do I begin? First, the lock is on the OUTSIDE of the door and we actually got locked IN the apartment and had to be saved by the apartment manager. Everything is very poor quality. There were dishes that were washed in a dish rack that were left there when we arrived. When you sit on the toilet your back hits the shelf and fell forward on us. There were clumps of dark hair on the “clean” towels. There 100 rugs that we tripped over repeatedly. The fire alarm chirped every 30 seconds which we called about and they ignored our request to come change the battery. The price is outrageous for the quality and horrible location of this place. Luxury is the last word I would use to describe this horrible experience.
