− The fact that the lifts were not functional all through and my room was on 6th floor. Management should look into this as a matter of urgency.

4.0− The elevators dont work so its a 6 floors stairs climb we tried to extend the stay via booking.com host requested us to cancel our extension he wanted either a higher rate or something dint add up. House keepers open the room no prior update keep your valuables safe with you if you step out. Overall would give them an okay due to facilities and location

− The first apartment was not ready at the indicated check in time, cleaners and even a painter still working, we were offered a second where the air conditioning didn’t work and there was no mirror in the en-suite, finally a third where the kettle was broken and not replaced, a piece of metal was sticking out of a plug socket, the cooker was rusty and gas controls didn’t work correctly so was dangerous, the power kept going off, no bed nets or mosquito control products, no wi-fi password not provided, the “private pool” was used to give lessons to classes school children, several light bulbs were rusty, broken glass in window on balcony door and old, ripped furniture on the balcony, the place was clean and the staff friendly, extra cutlery was provided as there were only 2 forks and the drinking water was refilled on request. The owner was doing the absolute minimum to be able to take money for rental! I would not go back.
