Welcoming-clean-brekkie supplies provided - big shower-cosy and comfortable, especially the bed.
10.0I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was, whilst being close enough in town to duck in for food or supplies and far enough on the outskirts for a quick drive to some of the local natural attractions.

A cosy, warm retreat.
9.0There was plenty of choice for a lovely continental breakfast. The room faces north so is lovely and warm all day. It’s close to the botanic gardens so we could do a beautiful walk each morning. Off street parking is very convenient. Excellent value for money.

10.0We very much appreciated the generous amount of food including milk, cereals, bread, spreads and juice. The room was very comfortable with a decent ensuite and a good shower.

Fantastic B&B and exceptional value
10.0This is a fantastic very comfortable B&B. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and in cold weather the electric blanket is very welcome.The breakfast is more than adequate with cereals, orange juice, tea and toast and wide range of spreads for toast. Bathroom is well appointed with shower accessories. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. It’s a short easy 5 minute drive into the city for restaurants. It would be hard to beat this for a stay in Orange.
