7.0The property was great. Just didn't like the position and the beach was a lot further away than quoted. The on site restaurant got very poor reviews

Nice modern accommodation near the beach and a lovely 45 minute walk down the beach to Filey.

− No handsoap provided in either bathroom which I thought wasn't acceptable considering the cost of the accommodation. Pillows very poor quality/flat- best take your own!

− Could have been cleaner. Some crocks left dirty. Crumbs and dust around kitchen appliances. Plugs stained and needed bleach.
