5.0La propreté est garantie car une femme de ménage s'occupe de cela sur place, elle est d'ailleurs très gentille. L'appartement est bien localisée, dans un bon quartier avec les transports en commun. Vous pouvez vous déplacer facilement dans toute la ville. Vous avez de la place dans la chambre pour ranger toutes vos affaires. Les photographies sont bien représentatives de l'appartement.
− J'ai séjourné dans cet appartement en colocation et mon expérience a été globalement mitigée en raison d'un rapport qualité-prix que je considère insuffisant. À mon arrivée je n'ai reçu pas immédiatement reçu de carte d'accès personnel à l'édifice, ce qui m'a obligée à dépendre du personnel d'accueil pour entrer dans le logement. Or, celui-ci n'était pas toujours présent, ce qui a occasionné parfois des situations inconfortables vis à vis du voisinage. Un manque d'approvisionnement de gaz est survenue pendant une semaine. Dans ce contexte il m'a été demandé de limiter l'utilisation du gaz sans aucune compensation, impactant le confort attendu. La personne louant le logement préfère le paiement par espèce ce qui peut poser des problèmes de sécurité quand on est une fille. Une solution a été trouvée via application mais vous allez payé des frais si vous payez en euros. Il est bien mentionné dans le logement qu'il n'y a pas de machine à laver. En effet, elle est payante sur place.
