Great welcoming and relaxing experience.
9.0Warm welcome & check-ins Clean Was fun to be in a neighborhood and to have “neighbors” Tv with streaming apps installed and logged in so ready to go.
− Maybe a bit more space in the kitchen to put stuff. Somewhat of drying rack for wet clothes (after a rain shower) Would have liked to be able to adjust the temperature myself. Host did a great job adjusting but self control would have been better.

10.0It was a very well thought out and nice place to stay. Host was amazing and very responsive. Place was clean and had everything I could have needed.
Overall we enjoyed our stay for the value and host service
7.0Host was exceptionally accommodating. We had a late flight coming in the day of a major blizzard in Winnipeg and the host assured us that check-in would be quick and easy. We were also able to request amenities like a towel and body wash quite efficiently.
− The location was a bit far than we had originally expected, and the roads were not fully plowed by the city after the blizzard. The smart door lock was also difficult to use when there was extreme cold and snow built up. We had to get the host to let us in, which they promptly did.
