8.0Studio propre et fonctionnel avec balcon. Quartier calme et agréable. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place de stationnement devant l immeuble. On peut rejoindre le centre historique de Kempten facilement à pied. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.
− Pas de store ou de parasol sur le balcon. Il faisait très chaud dès le matin.
Super Lage und sehr ruhig
7.0Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Außerdem ist sie sehr ruhig. Wir haben nichts von anderen Bewohnern mitbekommen.
− Leider hat es ziemlich nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Da müsste man dringend etwas machen (deswegen auch der Abzug in der Bewertung).
