− Very disappointing experience. The property owner cancelled our booking on the morning of check-in, leaving us scrambling to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. What made it worse was the complete lack of communication beforehand — I had emailed and texted several days in advance but received no response at all. It was only after I contacted Booking.com that the owner finally messaged me on WhatsApp to say they had to cancel because the previous guests wanted to extend their stay. This was extremely frustrating as I had booked the property for friends, and finding somewhere else on the same day was stressful and difficult. Completely unreliable and very unprofessional. I would not recommend booking here if you want peace of mind.

− The pin code was wrong. The heating was off and when we got it on we couldn't get the hot water to work.
Flat in Leicester
6.0Location was great, close to the city. Lovely quiet area. Comfortable beds. Good temperature. Reasonable price. Easy to get into the flat , bedrooms were nice. Lots of space.
− Oven is really disgusting, needs cleaning. The fridge leaked on the floor. There is a lack of kitchen utensils, only 2 forks and no frying pan. Parking is a bit tricky .
