Superficie maison, lieu

− Pas de serviettes de toilette. Après avoir demandé par message si on pouvait en avoir aucune réponse.... Donc se laver sans serviette de toilette. C'est pas top... Surtout au prix de la maison. Les aleses des lits mériteraient d'être changé. La mouche morte dans la salle de bain retirée. Pour finir, la kitchenette est vraiment très basique et le réfrigérateur extrêmement petit. Dommage, la maison présente bien pourtant. Je pense que notre maison n'a pas été préparée à notre arrivée. On m'avait déjà pas envoyé les consignes. Je les ai demandé sans retour d'un bonjour ou autre, et ensuite silence radio sur mes messages. Bref, pour le prix très déçu, surtout de ne pas avoir eu de retour à mes demandes. Par conséquent, à éviter.

− Rotting baseboards in washroom, dirty glassware No key for the door (you could lock it in the suite, but no way to lock if you left) Parking was offered in the instructions but not available for the stay. No control over temperature (turned ac off but continued to freeze out).

very spacious, the host was very polite and was able to answer any questions we had. very well air conditioned, which was important on a day it was pushing 30+ degrees.

Top recommendation! Price-performance ratio unbeatable! The booking was uncomplicated and the communication with the host (friendly, helpful and courteous) was fast and detailed. The location of the apartment is ideal in a quiet residential area with parking space directly in front of the house. Access is with pin code on the door. The apartment itself is very spacious. The living area is equipped with a comfortable couch, a huge flatscreen and a fireplace. All electrical appliances are in mint condition. Hot water and heating work perfectly. The beds in bedroom 1 are comfortable. Conclusion: Best Airbnb so far from our four-week trip. 5 stars!

− The only minus point is the sofa bed in the so-called "bedroom" 2 (kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed in one room). The couch urgently needs to be replaced with a more comfortable model.
