− Hausflur- ziemlich runtergekommen, renovierungsbedürftig. Die Gegend kam mur auch nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig vor.
Enttäuschend
6.0Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut: problemlos zu Fuß in die Stadt. Parken auf öffentlicher Straße vor der Haustüre war möglich. Abwicklung, Kommunikation, Schlüsselbereitstellung etc. in Ordnung.
− Das Bett ist katastrophal schlecht: für ein Doppelbett recht schmal und kurz und bei jedem Umdrehen knarrt es extrem. Die Matratze ist zudem sehr weich. Die Sauberkeit war enttäuschend: Dunstabzug und Fenster sind schon lange nicht mehr geputzt worden. Teppich und die Badematten waren fleckig. Die Duschhandtücher rochen unangenehm. In der Küche waren nicht definierbare Gerüche, evtl. durch offen liegenden Knoblauch. Der Fernseher war voller Staub und zudem auch falsch eingestellt.
