− neodtekajuca voda v hornej kupelni, nepohodlna sedacka v obyvacke, velmi slabe svetlo v hornej izbe a trochu neporiadok v zmysle roznych neidentifikovanych krabic, nahodne polozenych parkiet a podobne.
Una estancia fabulosa
9.0Muy espacioso, bien ubicado y en zona con mucha vida pero sin llegar a ser agobiante. Parada de metro a 2 min andando. Personal muy atento, el apartamento precioso y nos dejaron algunos detalles como cafés y tés. Camas muy cómodas. Pudimos dejar nuestras cosas antes de la hora del check in para aprovechar el primer día en Londres.

We expected better apartment based on the pictures on booking.com but finally id was quite okay for what we needed. Whol
7.0Perfect location right next to the metro station. The style of the living room is very nice with the metal structure visible. Also the tiny internal terrace is cute. The apartment is well equipped, actually everything available what you need. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfy. The main bedroom’s bathroom is very nice. The staff is friendly, we had a small technical issue with the toilet (might occur everywhere) what was repaired in a day.
− The actual situation is not in line what you see on the pictures, especially not in the upper room(s). The bed in the middle room is very much worn out, literally a deep basin on one side of the double bed. The top room has no window, it is located right under the roof, no fresh air can be let in. It was very hot, difficult to sleep there. The second bathroom needs a full refurbishment.

8.0Very easy to collect keys from over the road. Host was exceptionally responsive which was VERY much appreciated.
− We struggled to work out the heating but that was not the hosts issue. Maybe a manual or something could be useful?
