Un apartamento precioso con aspectos importantes por mejorar

El apartamento tiene muchísimo potencial. Es amplio, muy cómodo, está muy bien equipado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La ubicación también es muy buena y la propietaria fue amable en todo momento y respondió a nuestros mensajes. En general, el apartamento en sí nos gustó mucho y creemos que, solucionando algunos aspectos, podría ofrecer una experiencia excelente.

− La limpieza no estaba a la altura de lo esperado, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que se cobra una tarifa de limpieza de 60 €. Encontramos el suelo con bastante polvo y suciedad desde el primer momento. Además, el ruido de los bares situados debajo del apartamento se escucha con mucha intensidad, lo que nos dificultó descansar durante toda la estancia. También tuvimos problemas de comunicación durante el check-in debido a la barrera del idioma, lo que generó algunos malentendidos que podrían evitarse con una mejor atención a los huéspedes.

Well what can I say,I have just been here for the last 10 days and had the absolute best time...so good that ive already re booked for next year. The location of the apartment is spectacular, right on the beach and in the middle of everything you need. The apartment is wonderful, I cannot fault it one bit. It is spacious and airy,and was lovely and clean when we arrived.The lady downstairs in the bar who has the key is so friendly and helpful if you need anything. The apartment is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need,on the balcony there is a table and chairs,and sun loungers and deckchairs for the beach,and I have just left 2 parasols for the beach for future guests to use aswell,so thats perfect!! The main bedroom is larger,with doors that open onto the balcony and has a large fitted wardrobe with a few hangers to use and a chest of drawers aswell,plenty of space. The back bedroom has 2 single beds which is perfect for the kids or 2 adults and again a fitted wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom has a washing machine and a fantastic shower. The kitchen is like home from home and comes with everything you need. The living room has a comfy sofa and table and chairs to eat at and a great TV. The air conditioning works really well which is fantastic as it was 30 degrees this last week. I cannot praise this apartment enough,great value for money and a fantastic location. There is also a lift in the building. The owner is fabulous, she will message you with details and is also available to answer any queries you may have. I have the holiday blues now since arriving home this afternoon and am counting down till next June already. One other thing I forgot to mention Is that the apartment is above a cafe and bar,but I did not find this to be a problem at all...yes you can hear it but its very respectable and did not stop me from sleeping at all. The town is delightful, with lots of cafes and bars and restaurants...too many to choose from!!

Está enfrente a la playa, perfecta ubicación para pasear y conocer restaurantes. Está entre el puerto y las casa de colores. Janet se encarga de la limpieza y la entrega de llaves, trabaja en el bar de al lado. Súper amable.

− Te cobran 60 euros de limpieza fuera del precio total (que avisan desde el primer momento), pero había mucha arena y también nos encontramos con calcetines sucios en cajones de ropa. No fue la limpieza que esperábamos. Las camas podrían ser un poco más duras por un tema de comodidad, pero tampoco te quitaba el sueño. Lo que sí tengo que decir es que las últimas dos noches había un pub o discoteca que puso reggaetón a todo volumen hasta las 4 am aprox. No había forma de dormir, en ninguna parte de la casa. Las primeras dos noches no fue así, pero las últimas fue imposible. La comunicación con la dueña y Janet estuvo bien y por su amabilidad les damos más puntuación.
