− Las obras del edificio , el sofá bastante incómodo, la tele sin funcionar y el armario pequeño

9.0Apartamento muy limpio y con todos los detalles para estar cómodo. Alejandro el anfitrión muy atento y siempre comunicativo con nosotros para cualquier cosa.
Estancia acogedora con pequeños inconvenientes
8.0El estudio era muy bonito, acogedor y cerca de una de las playas de Calahonda. Alejandro fue una persona que nos atendió maravillosamente y nos recomendó muchísimo lugares de la zona.
− Hubo dos cosas que no nos gustaron. La primera fue que el parking es comunitario y tiene 12 plazas libres para 100 vecinos, ( que no tiene una plaza fija para la persona que haga la reserva, cosa que yo sí esperaba), nos costó muchísimo el viernes y sábado noche aparcar por la zona. Y solo 1 día (el primero) aparqué dentro del parking. Y segundo el aire acondicionado portátil no enfriaba nada el estudio y hacía muchísimo ruido, nos compramos unos tapones para poder dormir y aún así pasamos mucha calor. (Porque por la tarde da el sol de lleno a la terraza cerrada que tiene y calienta mucho el estudio).

Don't judge a book by its cover
9.0Alejandro is such a nice guy, very knowledgeable about the area and willing to share his knowledge. He is rightly proud of his studio apartment which has everything you need for a short break. Initially the building does not present well however Alejandro told us that it will undergo an upgrade soon. Once inside, tho everything is very well laid out and clean. There are a few days worth of pod coffee left for guests. Everything is close by, shop, mini Market restaurants and take -aways. The beach is a short walk using the footbridge.
