− A bit expensive considering the basement access and general setup of the property. No window blinds had us waking up early as soon as the sun was up
Im Keller kein Feriengefühl
4.0Die Wohnung ist ruhig, sehr sauber und vernünftig ausgestattet. Ein wirklicher Bonus ist der Waschtrockner.
− Die Wohnung ist leider im Keller. Im Eingangsbereich wird man als erstes nach der Wohnungstür von der blanken Heizungsanlage begrüßt, deren Schläuche, Ketten und Rohre für ein Kleinkind sehr interessant und frei zugänglich sind. Steckdosen auch alle ungesichert. Die Kellerluft ist feucht-kalt spürbar und leider trotz Hochsommer unangenehm. Ein Nachttisch schimmelt von hinten bereits, und die Handtücher im Bad trocknen nicht in der Wohnung trotz offenem Fenster den ganzen Tag. Es gibt keine Kleiderschränke sondern nur pro Zimmer eine Kleiderstange mit ein paar Kleiderbügeln. Für 2 Übernachtungen kann man ja mal aus dem Koffer leben, für länger nicht. Wir würden die Wohnung aus diesen Gründen nicht mehr buchen.
